The MS structure is rust-treated with wire brushing/sanding, two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer, and finished with black quick-drying enamel paint inside and outside. It supports provision for built-in power, 16A industrial SCHUKO sockets, and DMX signal outlets as per requirement, ensuring organized lighting placement, better focus, and reliable stage performance.

Product Overview

The system is fabricated using 2" x 2" x 16-gauge Mild Steel tubes with 6 ft length and is suitable for integration with trussing and existing stage grid systems.
The lighting bar ladder is designed for strength, stability, and long-term stage use. It supports secure lighting fixture mounting through adequate clamps and provides a professional arrangement for side-stage lighting applications. The system shall be installed as per Architectural Drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scope of Work
The scope includes supply, installation, laying, testing, and commissioning of the modular wired fixed heavy-duty vertical stage lighting bar ladder system for both sides of the stage.
The work includes MS fabrication, trussing interconnection, clamp fixing, suspension from existing grid system, surface preparation, anti-corrosion primer application, black enamel paint finish, alignment, installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, and onsite training for the end user.
All tools, tackles, machinery, manpower, staging, consumables, clamps, fixing accessories, and required installation materials for MS fabrication and mounting shall be included. The installation shall be carried out by a skilled and experienced team in strict compliance with approved drawings and EIC instructions.
Quality & Safety Requirements
• MS tubes shall be of approved make: TATA / JINDAL / KAMDHENU / APOLLO
• Structure shall be rigid, aligned, and securely fixed
• Bars shall be properly interconnected with trussing using adequate clamps
• Suspension from existing grid system shall be safe and stable
• Surface shall be properly wire brushed or sanded before primer
• Two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer shall be applied
• Final finish shall be black quick-drying enamel paint inside and outside
• Final installation shall be checked for stability and alignment
• Product shall be delivered fully calibrated and ready for use
• Onsite training shall be provided for proper operation and maintenance
• No deviation from specified makes and standards shall be accepted without approval
Exclusion
This specification covers MS fabrication work only. The cost of wiring, cables, SCHUKO sockets, DMX connectors, and related electrical/data accessories is not included unless separately mentioned in the BOQ or quotation.
