The fixture is equipped with a 300W COB LED source, 175mm Fresnel lens, electronic zoom, high CRI output, smooth dimming, DMX control, LCD display, and four-leaf barndoor for beam shaping. It provides flexible colour temperature options, low-noise cooling, glare-free dimming, and reliable operation for professional stage lighting applications.

Scope of Work

The scope includes supply, installation, laying, testing, commissioning, and programming of LED 300W Zoom Fresnel Spot Lights with Barndoor for auditorium stage lighting applications.

The work includes fixture supply, installation as per approved drawings, DMX/RJ45 connectivity, addressing, programming, focusing, electronic zoom adjustment, dimming setup, testing, calibration, commissioning, and final handover. Fixtures shall be delivered fully calibrated and ready for immediate use.

All required tools, machinery, manpower, staging, consumables, fixing accessories, and installation materials shall be included. The installation shall be executed by a skilled and experienced team as per Architectural Drawings and Engineer-in-Charge instructions.

Quality & Safety Requirements

• Fixture shall be supplied as per approved technical specifications
• Beam angle, zoom, dimming, and control modes shall be tested
• Barndoor movement and beam shaping shall be checked
• LCD display and 4-button control shall be verified
• Fan cooling and temperature protection shall be tested
• DMX/manual control and power connector in/out shall be checked
• Fixture shall be fully calibrated and ready for use
• Installation shall follow approved drawings and EIC instructions
• Any deviation from approved specifications shall not be accepted

Training & Warranty

Comprehensive onsite training shall be provided to the end user for fixture operation, DMX control, manual operation, focusing, zoom adjustment, dimming curve selection, safety handling, and maintenance.

All products shall be covered under the approved project warranty terms, or minimum three-year unconditional warranty if required in the tender specification.
