Scope of Work
The scope includes supply, installation, laying, testing, commissioning, and programming of Indoor 18pcs Single-Point LED Wall Washer fixtures for auditorium, stage, and indoor wall wash lighting applications.
The work includes fixture supply, installation as per approved drawings, DMX/RJ45 connectivity, addressing, channel configuration, programming, lens alignment, colour output testing, wall wash coverage testing, temperature control checking, calibration, commissioning, and final handover.
All required tools, machinery, manpower, staging, consumables, fixing accessories, and installation materials shall be included for complete execution as per site requirements and Engineer-in-Charge instructions.
Quality & Safety Requirements
• Fixture shall be supplied as per approved technical specifications
• DMX512, Auto-Run, Master-Slave, and Sound Control modes shall be tested
• 12CH / 24CH / 108CH channel modes shall be verified
• RGBWYU colour output and wall wash coverage shall be checked
• Temperature display and automatic temperature control shall be tested
• RJ45 connectivity shall be verified
• Fixture shall be properly installed, programmed, calibrated, and commissioned
• Installation shall follow approved drawings and EIC instructions
• Any deviation from approved specification shall not be accepted
Training & Warranty
Comprehensive onsite training shall be provided to the end user for fixture operation, DMX control, channel selection, programming, safety handling, and basic maintenance.
All products shall be covered under the approved project warranty terms, or minimum three-year warranty if required in the tender specification.
