Scope of Work
The scope includes supply, installation, laying, testing, commissioning, and programming of High Brightness 31x10W Warm White + White LED Lights 400W with Barndoor for auditorium and stage lighting applications.
The work includes fixture supply, installation as per approved drawings, DMX/RJ45 connectivity, addressing, dimming setup, strobe testing, control mode testing, beam focusing, barndoor adjustment, calibration, commissioning, and final handover. All fixtures shall be delivered fully calibrated and ready for immediate use.
All required tools, machinery, manpower, staging, consumables, fixing accessories, and installation materials shall be included. The installation shall be executed by a skilled and experienced team as per Architectural Drawings and Engineer-in-Charge instructions.
Quality & Safety Requirements
• Fixture shall be supplied as per approved technical specifications
• DMX512, master-slave, and static control modes shall be tested
• P1/P2 channel protocol and 1CH/3CH modes shall be verified
• Dimming, strobe, LED display, and barndoor adjustment shall be checked
• Cooling fan system and 65°C temperature control shall be tested

Training & Warranty
Comprehensive onsite training shall be provided to the end user for fixture operation, DMX control, dimming adjustment, strobe function, barndoor adjustment, safety handling, and basic maintenance.
All products shall be covered under the approved project warranty terms, or minimum three-year warranty if required in the tender specification.
